The property is close to the tourist spots and temple locations as well as train station. We will definitely come back!

高野山 宿坊 龍泉院 -Koyasan Shukubo Ryusenin- bevindt zich in Koyasan, op 45 km van Matsushita Park, en biedt uitzicht op de tuin. Amazing place to stay. The morning prayer was definitely a highlight. Loved all of it. The temple is beautiful, with amazing gardens. The room was also very nice, spacious and well equipped. Staff was very kind. Dinner was served in a private dining room, the food was very nice (but if you cant eat Japanese food definitely bring something to eat as you cant buy anything at the temple). The onsen was modern and clean, men and women are separated. Thank you very much, would definitely recommend!

I have stayed in quite a few places in Japan but this is my favorite for so many reasons: - You are staying in a temple monastery and you can see and feel that everywhere. You are staying in a piece of history. - the graveyard is one minute walking away (I went there three times in different times of the day) - you get a free tour of temple, can attend the morning prayer and a fire ceremony - the staff was super kind and some spoke very good English - I could check in early - the food is something very different than usual - there is an Onsen instead of a traditional shower room (bathing hours are limited see below) - the wifi is good

祇園の宿 杏花 ligt in Kyoto, op 3 minuten lopen van station Gion Shijo, en biedt een tuin, rookvrije kamers, en gratis WiFi in de hele accommodatie. Everything was perfect about this hotel. Our room was large but very cute with a nice garden and in a great location. And staff was very helpful. We also got some cool amenities.

This place has a 9.1 rating and most reviews seem too good to be true but trust me on this, this place is THAT good. And I would rate this hotel a 100 out of 10 if I can, the high rating is truly deserved. The staff is very kind and welcoming. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the futon is comfortable. The location is great, there are many food places nearby, the beach is just a few minutes walk away (you can even see it from your room depending on where you are placed), and the bus stop which will take you to the station or most places around Shirahama is very near.

Nazuna Kyoto Tsubaki St. Ligt in Kyoto, op 15 minuten lopen van Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, en biedt conciërgediensten, rookvrije kamers, een gedeelde lounge, gratis WiFi in de hele... Fantastic service from start to finish. From the check in process, to the check out, the staff always made sure you were comfortable and had what you needed. The location is easy to get to and the rooms themselves are stunning. A big selling point of course was the private bath, but a pleasant surprise was their restaurant. My booking included breakfast and a Wagyu course dinner and both were delicious and very satisfying. For a one night splurge, I highly recommend this hotel.
