The hotel is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t do justice to it. It’s very new and the facilities are all very good and clean. Food at the restaurants is also delicious but the best thing is the staff, so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I would definitely come back and stay at this hotel. They made our stay so comfortable.

The location is excellent and the overall feel of the hotel. We were made to feel very welcome and there's lots of little extra bits to make things special. The breakfast was so good we choose it over the 'preferred member' breakfast. The preferred room is rather small but does have everything and the sea view which makes up for the size.

I like the view the cleanliness the fact there was lots of towels and space. I didn’t like the fact that we ran out of loo paper and the toiletries provided were not nice. although we were up a hill with a beautiful view it was sometimes tricky to get home but overall I would recommend staying here

Adeje is brilliant.
Adeje is brilliant. We visited in March which was ideal in terms of weather, as it can get very hot in Summer. The resort is perfect for couples and adults - I would say it is still good for kids, but the amount of bars and restaurants make it more ideal for older travellers. There is loads going on and amenities around every corner. Siam Park is also easily the best water park I have ever been to and well worth a visit.

Adeje offers the best weather during the cold months and La Caleta is an elegant bay with houses and golf course and plenty of restaurants won the promenade. It is an authentic place and rather unique as there are no hotels on the seafront and it feels like a village. Parking is also available and is free. It offered plenty of interesting walks to choose from too. If the weather is poor one can always do some shopping at very reasonable prices.

Plenty of Bars Restaurants to chose from.
Plenty of Bars Restaurants to chose from. Small shops and shopping centre in easy walking distance. Beutiful views over the beaches and marina. The hill from Porto Colon up to San Eugenio area is a killer, good job there are pubs at the top of the hill. Bulldog Posh Nosh for meals, highly recomended for both welcoming owners and delicious food.
The location was the best part. Some cosy seafood restaurants at the edge of the ocean, just several minutes away. The hotel is nicely located on the south-west part of the island. That is only about 25 min by car from Tenerife South Airport. We took superior room, so part of the ocean was nicely visible from the balcony (although the other part of the view was car parking). The personnel was friendly, the rooms were cleaned almost regularly and the dinner was ok, most of the days.
Breakfast at Sábila is amazing, healthy, fresh, great variety and enough for everyone. The pool is large and beautiful with aquagym every day. The room was spacious and with balcony, I loved having my morning coffee outside. The beach is just just few steps from the hotel garden and I enjoyed taking a dip in the ocean. The gym is really good with various classes. Best of all is the drinking water in every hallway and the environmental steps the hotel has taken. Thanks!
Luxury apartment located in Playa Paraiso along the Adeje coast. Exceptional quality finishes, extremely comfortable beds and amazing ocean views across to La Gomera Island. Short walk to bars, cafes, farmacy, supermarkets, and multiple beaches. Premium complex with heated pool a bonus in winter. Luc and Lucy are extremely friendly, communicative and make you feel at home. Highly recommend and will be back on next visit to Tenerife without hesitation.
Really beautiful, unusual looking hotel in a great location. A few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants and bars on your doorstep. At the quieter end of Costa Adeje so very peaceful. Pool was beautiful and the staff were delightful. Oh and the breakfast is amazing. Literally anything you could want. Breakfast was included and we filled up and then didn't need to eat until early evening. Even the fussy teenagers loved the breakfast.
A very beautiful property up on the hills of Adeje. The rooms are spacious, there is a beautiful garden and also a heated pool. The property offers a breakfast on request.
We loved the peaceful atmosphere there and the staff is amazing, very helpful and always interested to the host wellbeing. It’s mandatory to have a car considering that it is located like I said on the hills.
It was our first time in Tenerife. We were celebrating our honeymoon. The hotel was fantastic. Staff were all very friendly and the activities and the facilities were brilliant. Everything was very clean and the cleaners cleaned our room everyday which was nice. Our room was very spacious and the balcony was lovely to sit out in and the enjoy the amazing views.
I enjoyed my stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Tenerife. The property is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. The only downside is that it is a bit far from the city center, so you need a car or public transportation to get around. The pools are amazing, but they are not very deep. The room was spacious and clean, with a modern design and a comfortable bed.
Outstanding in so many ways . Is there cheaper hotels in Tenerife? YES Are there better Hotels in Tenerife ? I very much doubt it . I booked for 3 nights and then extended my stay by another 4 nights . I have just booked to return in Feb.
Great staff and wonderful food .Special thanks to Nelson for going the extra mile with his personal service and smiles
Very convenient to beach and all amenities in the Costa adeje area. The location with the pool and the bar is fantastic, always subbed and good food. Room was very clean and had everything you needed. The view was a gorgeous view of the mountains of Tenerife and we could sit on the balcony and watch the world go by which we loved.
This brand hotel is definitely worth staying in. Nice buffet, modern stylish rooms, although some parts are getting run down. You can experience the high standard HRH has. Most of the time the staff handles everything as you would expect in this level.
What a great hotel. From the staff at reception, breakfast and anywhere else the care and attention could not be bettered. We have stayed in Tenerife many times, always choosing a different hotel. Next time we will be returning to this one.
The room was possibly the worst location in the hotel very noisy and poor view from the balcony. Breakfast was very well presented. The pool provided a good place to relax. The location provided easy access to the town and beach nearby.
didn't have breakfast or dinner, rooms good size, pool area and pool was clean and well maintained, hotel is good location and within walking distance of everything, 20 minutes in taxi from tenerife south airport
The place is super nice. I would be happy to come back asap I will be in Tenerife Island. Personally, I found Karolina - a person who takes care about all the visitors. She was super nice and helpful!
this is our second visit to this hotel. it is always nice on a returning visit to see the same staff working there. this is a gem of a hotel, I wouldn’t go anywhere else in costa Adeje.
We have been to this hotel once before and we decided that this is the best hotel for us in Costa Adeje. The hotel is spotless with excellent facilities and the location is perfect.
The reception guys are 5/5, very friendly and helpful. The view is incredible and there are lots of parking spots. And the hotel is quite far from all the party places. But...
