It is very small and dark. Thee was also very strong soup ir cleaning agent aroma. And almost no windows. Location is its main plus but you can definitely find better choices within this budget

Loved everything about Madona's place! Literally at the heart of Batumi, we never needed our car during our stay.. The small kitchen is very useful, sheets clean, air-con working, WiFi strong, water hot... What else would a budget traveller needs? Definitely will be back!

An excellent budget hotel in the quiet center of Batumi. The rooms are very clean with a powerful air conditioner, soft towels, and a comfortable bed. There are many supermarkets nearby, and the fantastic Tiflis restaurant is just a couple of minutes away. The park is a 7-minute walk away, and the waterfront is 10 minutes away. Quiet at night, no noisy gatherings under the windows.
