Everything! Theur staffs, location, rooms, and price met our budget and our expectations. The staff exceeded it even more. When we reported that our fridge is not working they brought up a new working fridge in our room within 3 mins. When we requested clothes iron and chair they were able to provide it in less than 5 mins. Front desk and doorman were all helpful and ready to assist us everytime.

Relatively clean and comfortable beds. Good value for money for a budget hostel

Ideally situated, and within easy reach of just about everything, clean rooms and a varied breakfast, staff very helpful and friendly, and of course fitted my budget, visited twice and on both occasions I was greeted warmly. Always seems busy with travellers from all origins of the world.
