The location of the hotel is perfect, easy parking either in the hotel parking (at extra fee) or in the public parking area behind the hotel. Ski lift is literally behind the hotel. Convenient ski equipment locker room within the hotel with a large boot drying room. Breakfast and dinner were both fantastic with ample choices and great food! Room was spacious and always kept super clean by the kind staff! - And the staff themselves are all amazing, really professional, friendly and helpful!

Great hotel featuring a spa for relaxation. The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. While parking is available on site, space is limited, and guests may need to pay approximately 20 Euros per night if unlucky. However, the rooms are well-equipped, immaculately clean, and regularly refreshed, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast spread. There is also a pub located in the hotel if you want to have a drink or dinner without going outside. Conveniently, guests can rent equipment directly from the hotel, adding to its appeal. Moreover, there is a transfer service to the ski lifts, although guests should note that the hotel is slightly distant from the ski lift areas, requiring a short drive each time. The hotel let us check in around 12 which was really great. The room was spacious, clean, and bright. The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower. There is a small spa inside of the hotel that one can visit for 10e/hour. Also a very pleasant bar. The breakfast was really, really good with fresh fruit and varieties of food offered.

This hotel is all and more than I expected. Beautifully located with views across the main city to the mountains. The room was exceptionally well prepared. Great comfy bed...beautiful bathroom and lighting was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer. Staff were very helpful with excellent English which makes it easier for us. We used roo service for dinner..such amazing food provided.
