Staff was very friendly and helpful, always in a good mood. Breakfast was amazing! Room was clean, nice and big! We realy liked that there were slippers at the entrance. It made feel us like home.

From the hotel to the staff, Eleven Revelstoke was exceptional in every way! A most enjoyable stay & possibly one of the most accommodating, relaxing hotels we have ever stayed in. It was excellent to have the muffins and coffee left out in reception in the morning for breakfast. The check-in staff were incredibly helpful and did whatever they could to accommodate. The pool was under refurbishment when we went but they gave us free tickets to the local leisure centre pool which had slides etc. and was actually great for the kids. Room was clean, quiet, tastefully decorated and beds nice and comfy. Nothing to complain about.
