Very good solid and standard hotel. Breakfast was excellent, both Chinese and English varieties. One of the staff members could speak real English and that was a plus when he was around. The hotel is very beautiful and at night, you can see a yellow coloured lighted up tower across the river from the hotel. You need didi to move around, as the topography of Chongqing will make you work-out heavily. The location is alright, if you know your way around Chongqing, if not, it gets complicated by trekking, and very easy using Didi rides. They have a washing machine in the room, which can dry your clothes as well using the dry only function and you can also iron your clothes using the iron and ironing board provided. The cleaners and staffs overall were excellent.

Location cannot be beat, situated between subway lines 1 & 2 travel to other parts of Chongqing is fast and easy. Hotel is located in the middle of the shopping and dining district with an abundance of options. The room was warm and comfortable, making it an easy choice to sleep in on cold mornings. Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Room service food was good and delivered promptly. We had an excellent 8 night stay that far exceeded our expectations!

We had a good time here. The room is clean and has the best view of Chongqing. Manager Jackson cares about us very much and patiently makes a daily itinerary for us. Thank you very much for everything he has done for us. There are many local delicacies near the hotel. We are all willing to try them. They are very delicious. I will recommend my friends to come here.

Very clean and new. Nice decent breakfast. Short stroll along river to ancient town, away from the crowded areas in the city. Free drinks in Mini bar. Near metro station but never tried taking the train.
