Our stay was delightful, with a splendid view, although it was regrettable that we were placed in a smoke-infested room (627) on our first day. Nonetheless, the manager on duty that night promptly addressed our concern and relocated us to a non-smoking room. He even arranged for an additional bed for my child and assisted with our luggage transfer at 2 am. Despite this hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was simply delightful. I also like that the staff helped us with our luggage upon reaching the hotel with our transport.

The rooms are big and super clean, comfortable beds and pillows. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful, they were exceptional.

The hotel is brand new and beautifully decorated. The room has a modern vibe, with excellent facilities—spacious, comfortable, and extremely satisfying to stay in. The staff are also very friendly and welcoming. The location is great: peaceful despite being in a lively area, and it's easy to get to various nearby attractions by ride-share service or taxi.

The hotel is exquisitely decorated with a distinctive Nanyang retro style. Friendly and extremely helpful staff. English spoken which is rare. The location is the best, you are at the middle of the old town. Delicious breakfast and amazing amenities in the room.
