It was my first time staying in this hotel. It was much better than I expected. It was so comfortable. The service was warm and the breakfast was rich. The room was much bigger than other hotels. There was a shopping mall and a large supermarket downstairs, which was very convenient!

I can't say enough about the excellent level of service at this hotel. The staff go out of their way to make sure all your needs are met. The room is exceptional in every way! I arrived late and ordered room service since I had missed meals that day. It was delivered promptly and served with professionalism. I had breakfast at the restaurant the next morning and it is a special treat to eat there. Everything you could want or imagine for breakfast can be found there including made to order omlets and unlimited Cappuccino. My room was upgraded to a river view which was perfect. Although there is wifi with VPN it doesn't always work. I'm sure it is not the hotel's fault. The next day I had much business to attend to at various locations in the city. Yuki Wu the front desk manager agreed to use her WeChat account to order taxis for me since I couldn't access that platform (Chinese language and no bank account connected to my WeChat yet). Her service was above and beyond my expectation. I was able to finish all the business that brought me to Nansha thanks to her wonderful assistance. When I finished the day she ordered another taxi for me to take a train from Guangzhou back to Hong Kong. I am beyond grateful and can't thank them enough! I will always choose Marriott as my home away from home when in Nansha!

So many things i have to say about the hotel but let me summarize it as follows: Very welcoming staff, spacious rooms, value for money and close to certain stores. Most importantly, i have never seen such a hotel that is so attentive to details like this before. For example, i have forgot my mousepad and was using my t-shirt as a pad so the housekeeping realized that while cleaning the room so they left a note as displayed in the pic stating and i translate " we realized that you forgot your mousepad so we have your back " Imagine!!! And that really made my day..Special thanks to Garry from the guest relation who knew from my passport that it was my bday and made sure that a cake is delivered to my room with lovely greetings on my bed ..That is next level of attentiveness..Garry if you are reading this then thank you and i believe the hotel is lucky to have you :)

I absolutely was amazed on how the duty manager was able to come out of his way to resolve the taxi abuse that charged me 10 times the transfer cost from airport to hotel not to forget Steven the doorman and reg the exceptional concierge. I can only say that this type of attitude madenthe experience unforgettable especially in today's reality of individualism. This was really unexpected. On another note the breakfast is simply outstanding.
