Beautiful hotel, the room was clean and nicely decorated. I really enjoyed the ambiance and the helpfulness/kindness of the staff. Great location, easy walking distance from the train station and many restaurants in the city centre region. The staff were really helpful, gave clear instructions about how to use the hotel sauna, how to access the various parts of the hotel, and tips on making my stay much easier in Tampere. A great gem!

The staff is very professional especially Mr Mohamed Al Fateh, he was so cooperative and supported me in Arabic language. Also, he recommended and guided me to visit sightseens in Tampere. I had a problem with paying the taxi with credit card and he solved. The restaurant is really nice and introduces delicious meals. We'll deserved stay and nice city.

Staff were helpful and very friendly. Parking was great and not expensive, room was clean and comfortable. No noise or disturbance at all. Overall stay was top notch and I recommend the property I forgot the name of the staff member but she was absolutely fantastic and very helpful. Big thanks to you!
