The staff was very good and polite...!! The hotel was welcoming even at very night. It was just very opposite to public transport and convenient. Breakfast was very good. There are food and electric amenities accessible through the pay and get box. Rooms were super cool with good view.

The front desk staff were very kind and extremely helpful. This was my first time in your city and staying at an Ibis. From the reviews I had lower expectations but being that I was there for the Olympics my options were limited. But the room was clean, had all the basic comforts except AC, and again that front desk gentleman went above and beyond! Thank you so much. One lady mopping the floors noticed I got up from a seat so she could mop and she ended up moving the seat to where I was. I don’t know her name but again very kind!
