Wonderful place, lovely chatelain couple/owners, great location on a hill-next to the lake Serre-Poncon and Embrun village (5 km), small Crots village at walking distance (boulangerie and restaurant "Chez Pierrot fils"), hiking (e.g. Boscodon area, up to cirque de Morgon or even higher to Pic de Morgon with splendid view on the valleys) and multiple water activities on the lake are all close by, and wake up with a delicious breakfast in the impressive breakfast room. For once in your life, go for your dreams and enjoy feeling like a princess or prince in medieval times.

Room larger than it looked in the photos. Very comfortable, light and airy. Overlooked main square which was quiet. Lift access in renovated old building. Hostess lovely, helpful and friendly and went out of her way to satisfy. Secure bike storage in garage next door. Plenty of restaurants in town. Large flatscreen TV. Good air conditioning but we really didn't need it; there was cool air from the windows.

My daughter of 10 and I had a fantastic stay at La Robeyère. The room was not huge but cosy, stylish and well-equipped. We loved the common spaces, the setting and the spa. It felt like real luxury. And we managed to get there from Brussels using only the train, which makes it a sustainable property for who wants to avoid the car.

Les Peupliers is located in Baratier, a small village near Les Orres ski resort in the Hautes-Alpes. Guests have access to the outdoor swimming pool and spa with a hot tub, sauna and hammam.

There is absolutely nothing not to like about this place - it is perfect. The facilities in the building - pool, laundry, table tennis and foozball table. The apartment has every feature you need- incredibly luxurious bedding and towels, stunning newly built resort with every comfort you could imagine. Great for the whole family. And that’s not even mentioning the view - or was like something out of a movie! Wish we could have stayed for a week!
