The lake is beautiful and plenty of tables and cha. irs outside to sit and watch the ducks in well kept grounds. The staff were exceptionally helpful,pleasent and Pete and friendly. Breakfast is included and very good value for money. Would recommend and return

Daily room service was excellent. Very comfortable beds, tea/coffee facilities were always well provided. So for that we say Thank You to Gosia, who we often saw in the corridor going about her work with a welcoming smile and greeting. Thanks also goes to Monica on Reception, always helpful with any enquiry we had and witty young Mason who served us perfectly in the bar and for our food orders, especially attentive on the evening we had my mum join us for dinner, super service. Hats off to the chef - food menu had good choices and everything we ordered was delicious.

I recently had the pleasure of staying with my nieces at this hotel, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. However, what truly made our visit unforgettable was the thoughtful touch from Dorina, one of the housekeeping staff. When we entered our room on the first night, we were delighted to find a pair of beautifully crafted swans made from towels on our bed. The swans were expertly folded with remarkable attention to detail. My nieces were absolutely thrilled by the sight, and it became a cherished memory of our first night in London. The room itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. Well done to the whole team.

Everything went exceptionally well! It started with how friendly the staff was and then the room was huge! Lots of space and super clean and comfortable! We got room service once and the staff was amazing! Honestly I would stay there over and over!! The breakfast is totally worth the money as well!! Delicious and filled us full every morning!
