The location is beautiful. The grounds are wonderful for walking and views to the back of the property extend for miles. Breakfast at the Botánica in the Spa was delicious and the restaurant very comfortable and attractively presented. Service everywhere was excellent.

The location is optimal for an overnight rest before an early flight. Having a restaurant on site with good operating hours was key to our level of comfort. The staff were all friendly and professional. Booked a hotel near Gatwick Airport for early flight next day. Expecting regular hotel. Hotel built in old manor house, lovely surroundings. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. We would have been happy staying here for a couple of days and enjoying the peaceful surroundings before our long flights home. Highly recommend if you are traveling from Gatwick Airport.
