The whole experience was fantastic, in particular the staff were excellent, especially the young lady at reception who managed the bar and restaurant too.

We were transferred from this hotel to their sister hotel The Sure Hotel Which was excellent. I have filled this form in for it. Great location, great staff, lovely food and a beautiful room 10 out of 10 for all.

It was a long day driving from London. I reached the mill forge after 5 PM and I picked up the key from the bar as the reception was already closed. The 2 ladies there are very polite and kind and we ordered a dinner as well. I liked the location and facilities and I took nice photos Breakfast is good as well although not much options there but Mr. Richard was very nice and helped us a lot.

The breakfast was a most pleasant surprise. We didn't realize the room came with breakfast plus the breakfast was amazing. The server was extremely polite and efficient. Our room was great, very comfortable and cozy warm.

Always a very convenient place to stay on our journeys between Inverness and France. Always comfortable, clean and accessible at any hour. Although the hotel is close to the motorway it is very quiet and has lovely views from the lakeside rooms.
