Lovely location, ground floor room which was handy. Very welcoming & helpful reception staff , W red had a bit of a wait for our dinner, which wasn’t ideal as we were tired and wanted to get go bed, the young man behind the bar couldn’t apologise enough & offered us complimentary drinks after our meal, which was very much appreciated 👍🏻

Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with impeccable service. The staff was friendly, attentive, and had the perfect balance of being outgoing yet polite — making us feel truly welcomed. The hotel features a cozy mini bar just past the reception, a great spot to relax and enjoy a drink. The room? Absolutely amazing — the bed was incredibly comfortable, and everything was spotless, fresh, and fragrant. The entire space was clean and well-maintained. Big room ,great beds ,great pool and sauna great staff, didn't try the food as already had plans with family ,but I'm sure it would be good .

Excellent location with lots of choices of restaurants around it. Warm Welcome at entrance, junior suite was very large, luxury very large bathroom. Amenities in room are more then what you would get in other hotels of the same stars in uk, little things like milk for tea/coffee in mini bar, plus your basic drinks, good quality teas and coffees.
