We were a family of 4 ( 2 adults and 2 kids ) Beautiful property, but our room had a sad view, and every morning, garbage trucks would wake us up. close to the centre. Stayed there for 6 days on our trip to Cotswolds. Was driving around small towns, which were not far. Free parking onsite

-staff were really kind, friendly and exceptionally helpful -we were upgraded which was really appreciated. The room was very grand and beautiful. - shower was amazing -bed was very comfortable. -breakfast was great with lots of options. Kitchen were happy to alter breakfast slightly for differing tastes. The staff on site were amazing! I had to book the hotel last minute for my wife who was travelling alone. The front desk staff helped her through all her travelling changes and even walked her to the bus stop so she didn’t get lost! Absolutely amazing service!

Layout was nice and comfortable; room was clean and appealing; restaurant meals were nice and staff were helpful. Easy check-in (done online) and only had to pop in and pick up the key. Car Park had plenty of room and while a small fee was payable, it was very handy and worth it.

The vast and beautiful garden, fresh and cooling air, very clean room, and a very comfortable bed. Large bathroom and good, filling breakfast. The view is superb.

The Abbey is an AA rated 4-star hotel, situated at the foot of the Malvern Hills in the Worcester countryside and is convenient for many attractions.

A brilliant stay at the Abbey, the staff were so nice and helpful, Denniz (reception) so polite ,friendly and helpful, also a lady on reception very nice! Jhony (bar) so helpful and accommodating in all a great stay !
