The owner welcomed us and took the time to explain us all the on-site facilities and the surrounding region (where to eat in the village, where to walk in the evening to see the sunset) The pods are beautiful and very comfy The shared toilets are modern and clean There is a small kitchen accessible 24/24 and a larger well equipped kitchen open during the day There is a free parking on the property

Way bigger hotel than it appears on the site, but very characterful and comfortable. Breakfast required patience but was delicious. The location is ideal for an easy stroll into town. Reception were helpful for storing bags. Lots of free parking.

We were 10 people, we cooked and had big dinner. Everything was provided. One of the best and most equipped hostel kitchen I saw. Staff was absolutley wonderful! Young and caring people and always helpful. We were very happy about our stay and if you go for hiking it is the best location to start

Location was amazing to kick off our 16 night island road trip... so amazing to wake up and have Glendalough to yourself to wander round before the days sightseers arrive. Great facilities... Easy parking, good breakfast, we had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant was yum.
