One of the best hotels ever!! I won't be forgetting this stay anytime soon. I've had the time of my life at Sunset and eventhough I haven't left Orchha yet, I can't wait to come back. The location is super convenient with lots of great options for food and activities nearby. The terrace is absolutely gorgeous, super picturesque- especially at sunrise! And the rooms are clean, spacious and so comfortable. With incredible natural light! I can't remember ever having slept so peacefully on a hotel bed.  If you're looking to make friends, look no further. My time at Sunset has been so special to me. The staff in particular has been the highlight. They've been so helpful and attentive, and will go out of their way to make sure your every need is met. They' re truly special and I'm glad 1 get to call them my friends now. Thank you for everything Hotel Sunset, I'l be back soon!

This is an incredibly special place. We were greeted warmly on arrival and enjoyed chai in the garden. Dinner was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious especially the thali. I was pleasantly surprised at the high level of cleanliness and the quirky design of the house and our rooms. In the morning we watched the cow being milked and after a lovely walk around the garden enjoyed a very nice traditional breakfast that again was freshly prepared. This truely is an eco homestay with sustainability at its core. There is so much to enjoy here and we will most definately return.

Newly built up property , clean rooms , location away from hustle nd bustle , it was damn peaceful for one to relax. Tasty breakfast. Warm hospitality by Mr. Sanjay. It was a perfect stay for us.

Location by the river was stunning. Peaceful and clean. We had our morning cuppas sat on the river bank. We walked into the town to see the temples. The light and sound show at the Fort was good, they do this in English. We arrived very early morning, we were allowed to check in early for a small fee which was most helpful. We ate in the restaurant on an evening, the food was superb also had cold coffees and icecream on our balcony each afternoon which were delicious.
