Very friendly staff, they helped us if we needed anything. The room was nice a surprisingly big, there was a big table, we used to fix our FPV drone. The shower was nice and warm. There was only one standard EU power socket, even TV used reduction. Parking was no problem right in front of the hotel, it got very full in the evening, but there is a big shopping center next to the hotel. We used a car to get to the city center, but you can also use the train. Breakfast was very good and there was a very funny guy that made our morning even better. The room was cleaned every day.

Staff were extra helpful. I’d give them 11/10 for their service. When reception found out we were heading out for a tour before breakfast was ready they packed us a bag of goodies to have in lieu of breakfast. They also upgraded us up to fit two single beds in the room. As I requested for two single beds.

The hotel is as comfortable as being at home. The hotel is well designed with the shower room floor at the same level as the bedroom. There is a large walk in shower and a bidet. The colours are restful. The curtains are long and block out enough light. The risers on the stairs are quite low so that walking up or down the staircase is easy if you don't want to use the lift. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very varied and plentiful. The prunes were simply delicious, unlike most.

The apartment is in a quiet location and only a 2 minute walk to a tram that travels very quickly to the central area of Florence and the main train station. The host was very accommodating and provided many suggestions for restaurants and activities. We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment!

Great owner, very helpful and responsive. Gave us all the information we needed. Great parking behind the apartment block, which is secure and easy to access. The accommodation on the 4th floor is large and having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus. Shop underneath sells some basics. Lidl a block up had everything we needed. Bus no. 17 straight into the city centre from the road parallel and on the way back stops just outside the apartment. Otherwise, it's a 30-minute walk straight into town, no issues. Perfect location, fairly quiet and great for a family stay.
