A delight. I arrived quite late, but I booked a dinner in advance. Prosecco......mmmmm We were delighted with the service, breakfast (if you want vegetables or an omelette, just say it) if they have products, they will definitely serve you. We were very pleased with the employee Ecaterina from Slovakia Piestany who offered great recommendations to visit around, thank you very much. San Gimignano, Volterra, Oriveto.

The owner Francesca is a warm and loving host. She made delicious dinners for us on request. It is a new property with vineyards and olive trees around and conveniently located from major attractions, 10 mintes to San Gimignano, about an hour from Siena, and Pienza The rooms are neat and clean with a good view . Really felt at home.

Everything was perfect – beautiful views, peaceful atmosphere, and very comfortable rooms. The host was kind, spoke excellent English, and gave us great tips on what to do in the area. He also recommended a wonderful local restaurant where we had an amazing dinner. The property is full of charm, surrounded by nature and vineyards, and it’s the perfect spot to relax and enjoy Tuscany. Everything was well maintained and felt very welcoming.

This was my last hotel before heading home. Had a major problem with my rented electric car and the hotel staff was the best ever. They were super helpful, called and talked to everyone (in Italian) at rental to try to solve the problem, made sure I got on the airport on time. They are just the best. Hands up to Georgia. She was simply the best! The location is also great (just five minutes drive from San gigmiano), the pool was nice and the rooms were very comfortable. a/C worked just perfectly. If you are in doubt just book this hotel.
