No breakfast included. But there is a very good cafe within 100M. And directly across the road there is Caseificio Santa Lucia with the best Buffalo Mozzarella in the world!. It would be a crime not to try it. Town centre is an easy 10min walk.

Our hosts, Stefania and Donato, were so helpful and kind. The apartment is clean, very spacious, and very well lit. The apartment is a 10 minute walk from Minturno-Scauri Train station and 10 minute walk to the beach. The grocery store Conad is a 4 minute walk. There are pizzerias, restaurants, pharmacies, and ice cream shops close to the property, and all within walking distance. I can't wait to go back next year. I would rate this property above 10.

Staff is amazing and go out of their way! Suggested Excellent Dinner location Great Shuttle that takes you to the beach But honestly I loved the walk to the beach Free chair and umbrella at a great beach club, that alone cost $25 Breakfast was also very good!
