Great staff! Everyone was welcoming and helpful. The suite/room was spacious yet warm and cozy. The room and bathroom were spotless, and they were cleaned everyday. The view on the city center with the mountains in the background was breathtaking. The spa/inside swimming pool had a great view on the mountains, it was very relaxing and my wife had a great massage from Lea.

The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The staff's hospitality was outstanding – they were always friendly and attentive. The food was a highlight, with delicious breakfasts and dinners that exceeded my expectations. Every meal was fresh and flavorful.
