スタッフのすべての対応は、群を抜いていました。 以前、間違った評価をしてしまったのは、二週間前にPorto Santo Stefanoに予約をして、そこのオーナーから突然泊まれない！という連絡があり、このPorto　Ercoleにしたので、以前断れた宿と思って評価をしてしまいました。その宿から、返金もされていません。再度BookingComにクレームを言っているのですが、何の返答もありません。最初は、PortoSanto Stefanoに予約して、その宿から泊まれないという連絡で、PortoErcoleのこの宿を予約しました。この宿は最高です。予約時の返金はされないのでしょうか？
