I really loved the free bicycle rental service — riding around the area while seeing Mount Fuji was such a memorable experience! It was very nice to experience a Japanese style room with own private onsen on the balcony. The room and bathroom are very spacious with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The hotel is situated across the street from the lake and if you walk a bit you can have a great view of Mount Fuji. They offer free transfer from Kawaguchiko station between 15:00-19:00 ( untill 17:00 you can ask at Tourist information to call them, after that you have to call them yourself) and also in the morning till 10:00 or 11:00 (i don't remember exactly as we didn't use it, we took the bus later). There are public baths but we didn't use them as we had our own private one.

Very very nice location, next to the lake (with a beautiful walking trail that can be reached from the hotel's wonderful garden) and very nice views of Fuji San. Very nice rooms, shuttle service was very handy and the personnel was very friendly. Will be staying here next time!
