Very clean and cosy hotel, with traditional Japanese experience. Delicious breakfast buffet and great dinner restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff, English speakers, who provided everything for us, including rent of ski equipment and ski lessons in the most convenient way. There are also a ski equipment room, massage chairs and even an onsen inside the hotel! It was a great family experience for us!

Hotel Stelle Belle is just a 3-minute walk from Hakuba Goryu Ski Resort, and features a restaurant, 2 hot-spring baths and free WiFi access throughout the property.

The hotel was excellent, great location, staff for so helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Walking distance from Goryu ski resort and the hotels downstairs facilities for storing all the snow gear was well thought through and laid out.

Renovated in December 2016, Courtyard by Marriott Hakuba boasts natural hot spring baths and a renovated lobby, restaurant and guest rooms.

Thea room is in good size, the spring water is what i needed. The service is good. Club member seems to have free drinks at lobby, which is good.

Great location, spacious parking, amazing hot spring and sauna. Been in Japan for 8 years and the staff were the nicest I have ever met! Yakiniku restaurant which is connected to the Ryokan was also really nice!

Mountain Side Hakuba offers views of the mountains and the ski slopes during the winter season. The property is just a 3-minute walk away from a local ski and snowboard shop.

Mountain Side had everything you could need. From amazing customer service to all the facilities. The complimentary shuttle was also great. The location was great - ski in and out.
