I requested rooms nearby despite booking 2 rooms of different style. The hotel is very kind to help arrange. I can see from details they do it with heart and treat guests with respect. They offer help effectively. Totally enjoy the lounge at 18th floor too! The snack and drinks are nice.

Nakasu Subway was a very short walk away. Two subway stops away from Hakata and one stop away from Tenjin (probably also a ten min walk). Very convenient with Donki just a right turn away, and Riverain mall opposite. There are Yatai stalls but we didn’t manage to eat there as they were closed for Christmas. Love the onsen (public bath) and there are free ice sticks and coffee with a place to lounge too. Very nice modern hotel. Double room was a little small, with space to open just one luggage. The triple room (two single bed with one sofa bed) was surprisingly luxurious and the size of the single bed is in between a queen size bed and a super single bed. My kids aged 10, 11 and 14 fitted comfortably with two luggage opened. Toilet set up is great as the toilet bowl is in a separate cubicle with door.

We came back to this hotel for the second time. Everything was excellent. Amazing staff. Clean and welcoming environment. Beds were very comfortable. Big shower. Good breakfast with both Japanese and continental options. Good position between city centre and train station. Easy access to bus and underground services.
