Ms. Tsukada has been an incredible host and made us feel very comfortable before we even arrived by giving us information about the way to go to the Ryokan. Once we arrived, we were provided with the best service we ever had as well as a lot of attentions, and the food was out of this world. I cannot recommend enough to spend some time there.

Classy hotel, with the most perfect location ever, right next to the train station and many other cool places and transportation. Excellent beds, super nice staff, and care to every detail making you feel special. Was a great stay!!

The traditional hotel was beautiful, the service was great and we loved the experience. The highlight was the private onsen, followed by a lovely Japanese breakfast the next morning. Highly recommended!

The room with a private onsen was great. Although be warned you might have to cool down the onsen for a while before you feel you can step in. Kids absolutely loved it too. Staff was great. My daughter is coeliac and one evening we decided to have dinner there. We told them and they catered for us no problem. From previous experience in other places we were slightly worried but in the end it was fine. They prepared her a kids meal that was gluten-free.

Amazing ryokan experience! The room was beautifully designed and spacious, with a stunning view of the mountains and river. The onsen was a fantastic experience and tattoo-friendly. Breakfast was delicious, the staff were incredibly friendly, and there was a large parking area right next to the accommodation.

Return to this same resort at Myoko after 2 years. What I like : 1. Near to several ski resorts 2. Provides transport to train station, to ski resorts, to dinner place 3. Onsen 4. Big Japanese room for 2 person (can fit 4) 5. Simple breakfast (new owners setting up). Kind of miss the Japanese type breakfast two year ago. 6. Can do dinner at resort 7. Nice drying and locker room for snow gears. 8. Quiet place for good night rest. 9. Discount lift tickets to Alpen Blick Ski resort that is few minutes away. New owners should run in the resort well this season and improve on the next season.
