Hiro was a wonderful host. He had many recommendations for the area ready, and even recommended stops for our next stretch of travel. Hiro has a passion for interieur design which you can see and feel in his house. It was very nice sitting together for chat and glass of wine in the evening … and to enjoy his breakfast the next morning. We stayed two nights, enjoyed our entire stay and can wholeheartedly reccomend staying with Hiro, specifically if you want to experience a japanese home from the inside. The beds were comfortable and twin beds were big enough for 2 adults and 1x11 years old child. The male staff members were very sincere and helpful. 7mins walk to Takamatsu station area. Good value.

We would like to inform you that we decided not to stay in Palm Villa (we booked for 2 nights~ 17 & 18 Nov) after a stressful delayed check-in resulted by Palm Villa’s mistake. We have sent several emails to ask and didn’t receive any password until we called the concierge hotline on 17 Nov at 5:30pm. The international call lasted for 14 minutes and we are forced to pay this expenditure due to Palm Villa’s mistake. After we entered the Villa, the premise doesn’t look close to the photos shown online. Booking.com should be aware of this as well. We already informed Palm villa that we won’t stay in the flat that night, but on the second day, the villa kept emailing us and ask for passport details and share the password with us. The villa company lacks internal communication and the service is simply in a mess.
