We stayed here in April during our travel through Japan. Wonderful place, staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Food is excellent. There are also very good restaurants nearby. Location is stunning. And, of course we enjoyed the onsen.

Terrific hotel just a short, easy walk from Toyama station. The check in process was. The room was clean. The onsen fabulous. Also love the welcome touches such as free ice creams in the afternoon and ramen in the evening. Breakfast had a wide variety. Close to a very cool bar Dobu6 which we’d recommend. Great place to stay.

The location was excellent. Near the train station. There were eating places across the street from it. Beautiful seafood restaurant. It was part of the shopping centre across the street from our hotel. The hotel was comfortable. We enjoyed our stay

If you’ve stayed in a APA before you just know the level of comfort you are getting. I sadly left something behind on our trip in Sapporo the staff helped me arrange for this to be sent to our next hotel and in true Japanese’s style it turned up as planned. Thank you again to the trainees on the desk who helped with this. Close to the train station 🚉 we also had a great view of the mountains.
