First impressions when we arrived were a bit daunting. However, when we were met from beautiful Saida, and stepping into her beautiful home, it really was a WOW moment. Home away from home. Saida and her beautiful family were so hospitable, caring, and gentle people. The food was just amazing. The guided tour from Saida's brother was also very good. My stay here was great. The gite is along the main road and very easy to find It is also just around the corner from the lake, coffee shops and shops. The terrace has great views. The WiFi works well. It was very clean, had a nice view from the room, a garden, nice salon, hot showers and comfortable bed. The dinner and breakfast were delicious and very generous. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and generous. Great value for money. I would absolutely recommend this stay.

Wanderfull location, very good breakfast and friendly staff. We also got tea and snacks in the evening. The owner of the location also organized a local guide for us to accompany us to Mount Toubkal. Our guide was Mostafa and he is an great guide who loves nature and has an exceptional sense for leading people. My husband and I really enjoyed his company. I highly recommend him!!!

Our overnight stay here was the highlight of our trip to Morocco! It’s truly a unique and beautiful experience. The location and views by themselves are breathtaking but Lahcen and his family go above and beyond with their kindness and generous hospitality to make everything about the stay one you’ll never forget. All the food was exceptional, and it was no problem us both being vegan. We had a very fun cooking lesson with the family in the evening, including being surprised with a couple of beautiful traditional Berber outfits. The next morning, after a breakfast watching the sunrise we were given directions for a pretty walk through the village and orchards to the waterfall before being met back in Imlil with our luggage for the taxi back. If you want an amazing trip to Morocco then staying at the Authentic Toubkal Lodge is a must. There are also a couple of very cute cats! Thank you especially to Abdul for everything :) tanmirt!

Location is great as it is higher up to start the hike to Toubkal. The hosts were super helpful with all the questions and let us park the car for 2 days until we came back. Super clean, nice, beautiful views out the window.
