A very good hotel with nice and clean rooms in a great location. The staff were nice and helpfull. I only have positive things to say about this hotel. I also liked that the hotel have bikes for guests to borrow for free, it was such a nice way to explore the island.

An absolutely unforgettable stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with great kindness by the entire team. The establishment is spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and you immediately feel at ease. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and perfectly equipped, and the overall atmosphere is both warm and soothing. Everything is done to ensure you can relax and enjoy yourself to the fullest. But what really stood out from our stay was the quality of the food and, above all, the chef's talent! A very special mention goes to him, because he doesn't just cook delicious dishes: he goes out of his way to please you. He's attentive, always smiling, and capable of preparing absolutely anything you want. He adapts to your whims of the moment, even at the last minute, and each dish he offers is delicious, generous, and prepared with passion. A huge thank you to the entire team, and especially to the chef, for this stay that will remain etched in our memories. We will return with great pleasure, and we recommend this hotel without any hesitation!!!!!

Joy is a spectacular destination for an escape with serene breathtaking views, amazingly hospitable staff, beautiful rooms, and a wide spread of food and beverages that would never leave you hungry. I believe all of this comes down to the amazing group of staff from the welcome received at the airport by Ms. Zulina, to the amazing reception of Ms. Sandali who was nothing short of extraordinary as she was the one who took care of us during our stay, to the amazing hostesses who always remembered us by our names at the Market and made our dine-in so special which include Ms. Gracia, Ms. Gita, the waiter Rozairo whose constant desire to quench our thirst and cravings, the wonderful chef at the food truck Shouhab who engages in delightful conversation while he carefully makes you a juicy sandwhich that makes you craving for more. Let us not forget Mustafa who was in charge of our table at the Palm beach restaurant and made our dine-in memorable and the bell boy and drivers Iyaan and Faizu who was always there to take us around and make us feel right at home. Joy Island is truly a destination that makes for unforgettable experiences, value for money, and thanks to the amazing staff who make it a sensational experience. The place was nice and clean and the bed super cozy. We felt very welcome and dahlhey was really nice and helpful with everything!
