The location was convenient, the service excellent, because I was given useful information about available tours which I booked and which, in the end, saved me money for the bus to Palenque. Because San Cristobal is such a good base for all the interesting sites in the area, I extended my stay to 3 nights instead of one and shortened the stay in Palenque from 2 nights to one. I also appreciated the use of the well-equipped kitchen and free drinking water.

It was such a great experience. The rooms are modest but comfy and have everything you need. The power shower was great too. The breakfast is super good. And the best is the staff attention. I was solo travelling and they really made me feel at home. I had a fantastic time in San Cris and I’ll definitely go back.

Big room in a beautifully decorated hotel. The breakfast is also one of the highlights in a proper restaurant serving actual dishes. The hotel is also about a 5 minutes walk away from the city center. We arrived late and couldn't speak Spanish, so one of the hotel employees even joined us in the car to guide us to the hotel parking lot.

We very much liked the location, the food and the room. Great kingsize bed and modern facilities. Staff and owners also very, very friendly. Ask them to book a tour or taxi the airport, it's cheaper than online and reliable. Make sure to try the sandwich/ciabatta with toppings to your liking, it is delicious. Also try the cocktail of the house, it's spicy and sweet, but also very refreshing. We would definitely stay here again. Keep up to good work and thanks!
