I am positively surprised by all the vegan options at the breakfast buffet. There was plant based cheese, soya yoghurt, different types of plant based milk, besides bread and jam, peanut butter, etc. Very nice! :D The Family Room was perfect for our group of two adults and two kids, quite a lot of space, actually. Very clean! The stuff is very friendly :) The location is perfect for visiting Peleis het Loo.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful green environment. The breakfast was wonderful, with a huge variety including freshly squeezed juices. In addition, there is a free coffee machine available for guests. The room we stayed in was exceptional, designed down to the smallest detail, and it even had a slide that the kids really enjoyed.

I loved how friendly and welcoming the receptionist lady, Christine, is! She made my stay a lot better with her great attitude. Thanks again, Christine, I enjoyed our chats! I also liked supporting a local family business as opposed to a soulless big chain of hotels; you're actually supporting people who live in the local community with your money. The area that the hotel is located in is very beautiful, there are lots of places to go sightseeing nearby, all within walking distance (or by bus); like the historic city center, the palace, the forest and the parks. I also enjoyed the healthy and delicious lactose-free breakfast options; the hotel actually bakes its own bread. I was relieved by how clean the bedroom and bathroom were compared to other hotels I've visited, as well. The owners clearly take good care of their hotel! No mold or bedbugs or anything like that. It's not the most modern building, but I found it charming. I was really happy that the room came with a fan during the humid Dutch summer heat... The windows can be opened, as well. The free Wifi was also convenient!

Off the beaten track but well worth the short drive off E30. The accommodation is in converted farm buildings which have been tastefully decorated. Hot drinks are available at all times . Breakfast consists of local produce and one of the breads is only made in the village bakery, a real treat.
