We had a great view on the ocean from the window and the whole cabin was really cozy and well-equipped. It was also close to the supermarket and bus stop and hiking trails which was a priority.

Live Lofoten Hotel is located in Stamsund. Boasting a 24-hour front desk at summer time, this property also provides guests with a restaurant 300 meters away.

Great staff, really helpful about organizing our stay on Lofoten Islands and let us use the room even after the check out until Hurtigruten arrived. Room really clean, cosy and spacious, bathroom as well. Next to the Hurtigruten dock!

Everything was good, cozy and clean, the house had everything that we needed. The view was amazing.

The Modern Fisherman Cabin Lofoten is set in Ballstad. The apartment also offers free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests.

Amazing! The cabin is perfect. It may say cabin in the description but the apartment is huge and luxurious. Comes with everything you need and all the extras you’d wish in a holiday, inc a complete kitchen, washer. They also have a space to hung dry your clothes so it is just perfect. But the views tops it all up. The cabin is right in front of the dock with full views of the water and the mountains. It is very serene and all you can hear are just the birds and nature. As per the location it was also so convenient, right in the middle of Lofoten Islands so you can make this as tour base and drive to either ends in just 1hr. If there’s anything I could change, I wished we stayed longer.. but maybe next time and hopefully soon.
