The staff are very welcoming, helpful & informative. The rooms are spacious & comfortable, shower is great. Free coffee is great. Picnic lunch for 75 nok is great. Electric charger outside hotel is good, once you've worked out how to use it! Breakfast rolls at 4am were a very welcome alternative to normal breakfast (which started later).

Everything was perfect! Especially the support of the staff in solving some problems that we had with our first room was great. Again, after finding a solution for us, we enjoyed as whole family our stay at Scandic Lillehammer Hotel. I can recommend this hotel especially for families!!

Everything was perfect, the apartment was nice and cost and had a beautiful view, location was great so you could start cross country skiing right from the hotel. Food was excellent in the restaurant, but also the little kitchen in the apartment was perfectly equipped to prepare snacks
