I along with my family recently had the pleasure of staying at Regenta Resort & Spa by Riverside in Chitwan, Nepal, and it was exceptional experience from start to finish.The resort’s location is breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding jungle and the river creating a peaceful ambiance. Room was spacious andclean. The riverside view from the room was an added bonus.The facilities at Regenta are top-notch. We enjoyed the delicious meals at the restaurant. We called the chef to thank him personally. What truly sets this resort apart is the staff’s hospitality. Everyone, from the front desk to the dining team, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They were attentive, friendly, and eager to assist with any request. The combination of luxurious accommodations, stunning natural surroundings, and outstanding service makes this resort a gem in Chitwan. I can’t wait to return for another unforgettable escape! Everything was really great!!! Nice and comfortable room, good shower and bathroom, extremly good restaurant and extremly friendly and professional staff in all areas. We enjoyed our stay very much. One of the few places we recommend!!

A very comfortable hotel, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is quite far from the main street, not within walking distance, but you can find all your basic needs here and have a great place to relax.

Beautiful modern hotel in lodge style design, nice big rooms and always clean and tidy. The staff in areas of this hotel are extremely well trained and courteous. The restaurant staff are all fabulous and it would be unfair to mention any individual but can’t name them all, so a 5/5 for every single one of them. My wife used the spa for 2 treatments and she thought it was excellent with very lovely professional staff. We did two safari tours one by elephant and one by jeep., both were excellent and a special mention here for our guide Suki who was extremely knowledgeable and we were lucky to have him for both of excursions booked with the hotel. I recommend staying at the Soaltee West End to anyone who wants top level service and care from arrival to departure.

Really enjoyed my time. I extendend my trips for few days because the place is very peaceful. Location is perfect and easily accessible to anywhere. Did jungle safari, canoeing trip and keep safari.The guide Som is very amazing.
