It’s getting better and better as infrastructure around is growing. So now you have dental clinics and orthopaedists in same building. Marker with okay vegetables nearby + supermarket. Plus lady at the reception did inform me that new fast line from /to airport just opened. I haven’t try it yet but it might be reasonable during rush hours. It’s literally 3-4 min walk away from the property.

This hotel is located on a nice street with not a lot of traffic. It's close to the main touristic attractions. I've checked lots of hotels in the city center and this one is one of the nicest! There is almost nothing to complain about (given I'm attentive to details consider this an honest review).
