The hotel deserve to be 5 star hotel. The reception welcoming us a warm welcome. the pool guy took care of the child. Everything is clean The breakfast was amaizing the room service was so friendly and brought us towels in 2 min to the rooms. The hotel is best then 5 star hotels in Europe

My son and I stayed for a night since we came to see Taif after completion of Umrah. We had arrived after sunset. After a hot shower in their nice bathroom, we went out to explore the place. I was plaeasantly surprized to see that the Tera Mall and Cenomi Jouri Mall were just 250m away from the Hotel. Tera Mall was on the same side, and the other on opposite side of the road. There were some restaurants and cafes as well on the main road. So, dinner was a breeze! Breakfast was complimentary and frankly, I had expected cereals and pancakes. But, when we stepped in, we were thrilled to see a plethora of dishes. As well as a live cooking area with chefs making omlette and some baked goods to order. Coffe and Tea was also available. I would rate it 10/10. Its has Musalla (prayer room) for men and a prayer area for women. Though my 14 yr old son prayed in the close by Masjid. It felt safe to let him go alone even at Fajir time.
