1. Location is excellent; quiet yet in the middle of everything. Uchisar castle is at 4 min walking distance; Guvercinlik valley starts right at the door of the hotel- so you can do a fantastic hike to Goreme through the valley. 2. Staff; all of the staff treat you like family, we felt at home every second of the day. Melek Hn and Seda Hn at the reception are exceptionally hands on for all our requests (balloon ride and the Swirling Dervish night; they found a last minute guide for us too!! Incredibly helpful. 3. Food; is home cooked turkish food quality. breakfast served in the morning has incredible variety and is impossible for 2 people to finish. (And we eat a lot) The Pacanga borek is a must for anyone to try. They have a great wine collection both from the region and from other parts of Turkey. The service is impeccable, always with smiley faces and in a way that puts you first! 4. Rooms - are very nice! Authentic experience. Wide selection for your budget and for your taste. 5. Owners- Can Bey and Sanem Hanim are always on the property to check in on you and your comfort / joy. They want to make sure you enjoy your stay; they treat you as a friend and share all the local secrets of the area with you. We got a personal tour from Can Bey around the hotel just at the beginning of the Guvercinlik Valley. Fantastic to have such an experience shared with the passionate local people.

Everything ! We could choose our room at the booking. The staff is amazingly nice. We even had a breakfast box as we had an early flight. The breakfast is huge and very tasty, thus it is from 8 to 5 pm, no rush ! Transfers were also organized appropriately.

We absolutely loved our stay at Zeppelin Cappadocia. The hotel is located just a short walk from Uçhisar Castle, in one of the most peaceful and charming parts of Cappadocia. The atmosphere was serene, and the architecture of the stone rooms really captured the essence of the region. The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable, with lovely details. Eren, the manager, was incredibly friendly and helpful. He took care of everything for us, from airport shuttles to booking our balloon ride and local tours. The communication was excellent, and we felt very well looked after. The breakfast was delicious and served in a cozy setting, and the rooftop terrace gave us a great view in the morning. We also loved the garden area, especially the puppy and the turtle! It made the place feel homely and unique. Highly recommended if you're looking for a warm and authentic experience in Cappadocia.

Wow i was amazed by the service of the staff at Moonstone. It was one of my best hotel stays ever! They were extremely helpful and always at your service when we had any questions. We only there for 2 nights but we had an amazing time and i cant wait to come back and stay at the same hotel. I also needed booking tours for my guests and Erdem was very helpful in making enquiries and helping me book. I cannot stress enough how pleasant and relaxing our stay was because of our lovely hosts, i would 1000% recommend for anyone going to cappadocia. Thank you again to Erdem and the team for being helpful and always offering us refreshments at all times :)

Beautiful place to stay! Everything new, clean, cosy and with the right eye for details! Location quiet and near everything. Cheap shuttle to Göreme just around the corner! Kemal and his family very nice people, very fresh homemade breakfast. Really a familyrun Turkish hotel:), well; little castle :) Thank you for the lovely stay and I will recommend it to anyone! I can not speak highly enough about this hotel. It is a fantastic location, near Uchisar castle, very near to where the hot air balloons take off in the morning. There are fantastic views of the balloons from the roof terrace. The best thing is the lovely family that own and run the hotel. The sweetest, nicest people I have met in a long time. They went above a beyond to look after me. They arranged a transfer to the airport, rang up when my tour was late and showed me where to buy the best kilim rugs in the area (Maison de Kilim- another lovely and knowledgeable gentleman).
