The private onsen experience in the room was awesome. Even with an additional bed in the room, there was so much space to move around. The breakfast spread was amazing too. The staff were all polite and helpful. The set dinner serving was way too big for us. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Service was exceptionally good. We miscommunicated with our driver and he waited at the wrong town. Front desk lady patiently help call for cab drivers. Many cab drivers were not available last min but she never give up helping us to make calls. We love the place, serene n beautiful. We stayed in the balcony room n it’s spacious with a big hot spring tub. My kids had a great time making diy chocolate and feeding fishes at their pond.
