The room was very clean which is a pet peeve of mine. Staff at the front desk were super friendly and ease of checkin was great also. Zero complaints for the stay experience.

this hotel is my go to when we come to syracuse ... it is close to everything you need .. shoppers . lots of stores around and no need to go to destiny mall ....surrounded by restaurants that within walking distance . etc.

Check in was super easy. Employee even had a sample of the shower nozzle and how to work it! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice. Breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel itself was in a quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located close to attractions like the Destiny USA, Carrier Dome sports stadium, the New York State Fairgrounds at the Empire Expo Center, Lakeview Amphitheater and Syracuse University.

The hotel team was very friendly, they did the best for our stay including helping with ordering food (we arrived very late), using a washing machine and dryer for free and everything with a big smile

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location near the hiway , but very quite at night. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Very good choice if you're traveling and need to stop for break and sleep the night .

Friendly staff, who recognized us upon arrival. Excellent location to I90 and I81. The room was prepared and welcoming. Everything was in great shape.

Big rooms, super friendly and helpful staff and complimentary breakfast 😋 Free parking for hotel guests. Tip: have diner at Dinosaur BBQ restaurant. 15 mins walking but definitely worth it!!
