The front desk staff was very friendly gave easy to understand directions. Helped me accommodate food / beverage I could eat for breakfast. The Tub was clean enough for a nice soak in the bath and the beds were comfy

If it wasn't for Ryan I would have rated this hotel lower. Ryan was awesome and really went out of his way to make it a good stay. Rooms are nice and clean. My only complaint is that they don't have breakfast (coffee) so I would expect a microwave or coffee pot which they don't have. Waking up and drinking a cup of coffee it's pretty common for people but here you have to leave the hotel and go to a restaurant to get it. Luckily for me when I went looking for coffee Ryan personally brewed a pot for me! Definitely over and above service from Ryan!
