Check in was super easy. Employee even had a sample of the shower nozzle and how to work it! Room was clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice. Breakfast had something for everyone. The hotel itself was in a quiet area. I would definitely stay here again.

Katie at the front desk (nights) is wonderful.

The hotel is located close to attractions like the Destiny USA, Carrier Dome sports stadium, the New York State Fairgrounds at the Empire Expo Center, Lakeview Amphitheater and Syracuse University.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, good location near the hiway , but very quite at night. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Very good choice if you're traveling and need to stop for break and sleep the night .

Lovely soothing ambiance with rooms (and also bungalows) wrapping around a pond and manicured garden that are said to resemble the ones Monet painted. Breakfast was in an american style so worth to keep it in mind when traveling from Europe. Welcome drink was a nice surprice. Our room was big, clean and very comfortable. Hotel is located near to highway junctions which was also a "pro" for us.
