The hotel has been recently refurbished to the highest standard and we enjoyed the spacious and fully equipped rooms. The staff is very cordial and helpful. Breakfast is varied and abundant. Much appreciated the complimentary pick-up from the airport and the organization of onward journey to Moynaq and Khiva.

We were very happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, the room was warm and the TV was huge! The staff was super helpful and organised an tour to Moynak for us. We could even do our laundry for a very reasonable price. We enjoyed our stay so much we extended by two days.

Well well well, where to start.. The room was huge, comfortable and tastefully furnished. The extremely kind staff. The breakfast was delicious (I only take continental breakfast and the cakes were delicious), the best in Uzbekistan. But let's get to what makes this place extraordinary: we arrived early (and tired) and they offered us breakfast and gave us the room without further charges. We took part in a tour organized by them (they manage a tour operator) and, since for various reasons we didn't have lunch, they insisted on giving us part of our money back. I know that the hotel has an excellent reputation and does not need my endorsement but from the bottom of my heart I thank all the staff for making my short stay in Karakalpakstan beautiful ♥️
