I don't think I've stayed in a cleaner, or more comfortable hotel room in my life. The towels in particular were exceptional. Great location across from Tashkent City Park which is great for families and people of all ages with entertainment, fountains and light shows and eateries open until late, and other attractions such as the wax museum and 7D cinema. I felt very safe walking around by myself at night. Close to a variety of restaurants and cafes, as well as newly established pop-up eateries. Just a 10 minute walk to the nearest metro and the I love Uzbekistan sign in Bunyodkor Square, Friendship of the Nations Palace and Shomakhmudovs Monument. Staff were friendly, especially the bar/cafe staff. Despite some negatives relating to arrival and check-in, the staff were clearly trying their very best and were helpful in organising transport when I departed.

I had a good experience staying at Marwa Hotel. The room is spacious. Bidet is available, that is important for me as an Asian:). Breakfast is tasteful with various types of western, asian, & vegetarian foods. Coffee machines are available to serve espresso, americano, cappuccino, latte, etc. The staff are very friendly, welcoming us, & have good English. They are very kind to help me to book a rental car to Samarkand. Also, transfer service from the airport was very helpful for me that arrived around midnight. The hotel location is near some tourist destinations (Chorsu Bazaar, Kokaldash Madrasa, Hoja Ahror Mosque).

A lovely hotel at excellent price and good services. The hall, breakfast area are made in national uzbek style with a good taste. The breakfast is variuos. Staff was very very attentive bringing new things if it was going to finish.

The breakfast is really rich and the choice is big, from scrambled eggs to meat dishes. The spa is great. For those who say that the water in the jacuzzi is cool, you should look into why it is like that and that everything is fine with that. The maids awas wonderful, they really always helped with all questions. The location is convenient. Many facilities are within walking distance. Metro nearby.
