We arrived as family of four with two bicycle and two children after dark and were immediately helped with all our luggage etc. In general, The personell was extremely helpful and nice to all of us. But exceptional was Mr. Xuan Long, who drove us around in the park and took care of us. He has an exceptional voice too and is a star singer. Thank you!!! The Meddom park was a new experience for us, the park is nicely set up with love in the detail. The room was small but had everything necessary. We felt comfortable and well remember our time in Meddom park and would like to come again. Thank you very much!

My partner and I loved our time at Mandala Retreats. The premises and surrounding nature was stunning, and we would definitely recommend this place! We also want to mention how helpful Dat Nguyen from reception was for us! We had not yet booked our transfer from the hotel and he went out of his way to help us out, and we really appreciated it!
