An excellent breakfast buffet with a wide range of Vietnamese and western options. EXTREMELY helpful and kind staff who had to put up with quite a bit of rudeness from other guests. Very nice spacious rooms, with balcony and a nice bathroom. One of our rooms even had a decent kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we could borrow bikes for free even after we checked out, the were not the best bikes, but can’t really complain when they were free.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. Very polite and attentive staff. We were greeted by Hilary when we arrived. She checked us in and gave us plenty of advise. She was exceedingly helpful The beds were really comfortable . Rooms immaculate . Great selection for breakfast, the Guest Advisor always came over for a chat and see how you were getting on. Pool area looked very nice but we never got to use it because weather was not too good.

We stayed two nights. Everything was spotless.. Very helpfull staff.. Quite room.. Management arranged a private car for the airport which was cheaper than taxi. From a distance the hotel looks quite ordinary. When you approach the establishment, the staff welcomes you with a conventional smile. They created such a clever atmosphere in a very confined area. Spa is beautiful. For those who wants to be near to the centre and away from the bustling city noise can choose this place.
