This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life. It's just AMAZING. Very very beautiful, conveniently located in centre of Sapa, easily accessible. The swimming pool was very pretty (and warm). All the decorations were very cute and classy. It was the only hotel in Sapa where I did not feel cold at all (I stayed in 3 different hotels), thanks to the central heating, I guess. The staff were super nice and helpful, spoke good English, treated me like a princess (I am a solo traveller). If you have the money, stay at this hotel for your last day in Sapa (just stay in the hotel so you can get the most out of it after you're done exploring Sapa). It's totally worth the price, trust me. Greetings to the receptionist lady who wore the infinity-shaped necklace and the bell guy with cute dimples who helped me take my luggage and brought me more bottles of water. Love it!!

The breakfast was quite spread. The chef was even kind enough to make vegetarian dishes for us. The staff was kind enough to get us the tickets for activities and arrange the cab. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Sapa.

Location: The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access provided by property through Hotel's EV shuttle to public transportation and nearby attractions. Cleanliness: The hotel was spotless, with clear attention to detail in every corner. Room: My room was spacious, modern, and beautifully decorated, with a stunning mountain and valley view. Bed and Pillows: The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows were plush and supportive - I slept like a baby! Staff: The staff were friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast menu was diverse and delicious, with something for every taste. Ambiance: The hotel's ambiance was warm and inviting, with a lovely atmosphere in the lobby and common areas. The homestay was everything I needed it to be. A great place to relax as well as a base for exploring the area. The hosts were incredibly sweet and helpful, family dinner was delicious and lots of fun, and the guided treks are well worth doing. The local village - Ta Van - has a lot of restaurants/bars/cafes that are worth visiting. But the value is incredible, the food is good and the view is beautiful. Just be aware that this is not luxury in a western sense. The facilities are quite basic but definitely adequate. It's also quite a way out of Sapa so you can't explore the town from there. When you arrive you will need to walk a very steep uphill path to get to the homestay.
