We couldn't have been happier with this gem of a guest house. After an 11 hour drive, Brenda's warm welcome was much appreciated and she rapidly organised a dinner reservation, parking and much else for the two frazzled travellers! The large downstairs suite was so spacious and comfortable with direct access to secure parking. I wish I'd had more time to read the interesting books and info on the area and have promised a return visit to actually settle in for a couple of days. It really deserves it. After a quiet night and a lovely breakfast with home-made jams we were all too soon back on the road. It is worth noting that if you did have a family member with mobility issues this accommodation would be perfect as it also has a bathroom properly adapted for these needs. This suite was two inter-connecting rooms, a single with kitchenette and comfortable easy-chairs and a large double with the bathroom off. I hope to be back!
